Toulon–Porto-Vecchio: what our readings show
On the Toulon–Porto-Vecchio route, our readings of 20 July 2026 cover one adult foot passenger in a reclining seat, for departures recorded from July to September 2026. The entry price of the window is €37.50, for a departure on 18 September 2026 with Corsica Ferries; the same profile rises to €60.00 in August 2026, the highest month on record. According to Corsica Ferries, the crossing runs overnight, in about 14 hours, with one weekly departure leaving in the evening and arriving the following morning.
A single company on the route
Corsica Ferries is the only company recorded on Toulon–Porto-Vecchio. No other appears on this route in our data: there is therefore neither a gap between companies nor a codeshare to weigh up, and the price turns on the departure date. Across all dates, the company average for the foot passenger in a reclining seat settles at €52.00, its floor at €37.50.
September 2026 at the floor, August 2026 at the peak
The window covers three months. September 2026 is the lowest, at €37.50 for both minimum and average. July 2026 holds at €55.25 on average for a minimum of €54.00. August 2026 is the highest, at €60.00 for both minimum and average. Between July and September, the recorded average for this profile therefore drops by nearly eighteen euros.
The cheapest dates
The four recorded departures all fall on a Friday: Friday 18 September 2026 at €37.50, Friday 17 July 2026 at €54.00, Friday 24 July 2026 at €56.50 and Friday 7 August 2026 at €60.00, all with Corsica Ferries. As our observations cover only Fridays, we have no basis for comparison with the other days of the week on this route.
Leaving from another port for Porto-Vecchio
Toulon is not the cheapest departure port recorded towards Porto-Vecchio. From Nice, the foot passenger in a reclining seat starts at €26.50 for a departure on 22 September 2026 (€37.25 on average), also with Corsica Ferries. From Marseille, the crossing starts at €33.78 on 26 October 2026, but with La Méridionale this time, for €47.59 on average. Toulon brings up the rear on the entry price, at €37.50 (€52.00 on average), with Corsica Ferries. Nice therefore shows both the lowest floor and the lowest average of the three ports, and this route is the only one of the three to bring in two companies depending on the port of embarkation.
What these readings cover
These prices are one-way fares for a foot passenger in a reclining seat, recorded on 20 July 2026 for departures from July to September 2026. According to Corsica Ferries, this route is not run continuously but with a single weekly departure, which limits the dates on offer and shows in how narrow our window of readings is. A return trip assembled from two departures actually recorded comes to €74.10: €37.50 outbound on 18 September 2026 and €36.60 back on 19 September 2026, with Corsica Ferries in both directions. The opposite direction, Porto-Vecchio–Toulon, is the subject of separate readings. No departure before July or after September 2026 is recorded on this route to date.
