How this ranking is built
Each cell is a median. For each departure day, we keep the lowest price recorded from the port, all companies included, one-way, at the public non-resident fare; the median runs over the days of the month. For a month already gone, it is the last price recorded before each departure; for a month ahead, the price shown on the day of the reading.
Two ports are only compared on an identical formula. A port is ranked for a month only if it was recorded there on enough days, and not when its sales, or our readings, cover only part of the month. The price is the crossing's: the road to the port is not in it. Our readings start on 14 June 2026.
